We are proud to share that Elewana Collection properties have received and continue to garner rave reviews from guests in the last year thanks to the stellar culinary offering at each of the camps.

Nicky Bryden, Elewana’s Group Training & Development Chef has overseen and created new food & beverage menus at the properties and continuously works to innovate the menus. She recently implemented a new Bush Breakfast at Elsa’s Kopje which now features delicious Bush “Skottel’ Bagels!
