Shanga celebrated World Disability Day on 10 December 2022 at Sibusiso Arumeru Arusha where they were a proud sponsor of the celebratory event. Children received Christmas gifts, donated by sponsoring organisations, making them feel happy, loved and that the world collaborated with them with equality just like every other child. Shanga donated necessary items to families including brown sugar, rice, sanitary pads, wipes, and diapers. Shanga was awarded with a certificate of appreciation by the Sibusiso organisation for being proud participants of the World disability Day.
