esiteti graduation 2023

On February 25th, the Land & Life Foundation celebrated the graduation students who had successfully completed their primary school education and were accepted into various secondary schools around Kenya. Of the 60 students who sat the exams, we are delighted to see that all 60 graduated and successfully secured their places into high schools across Kenya. One of the main goals of the Land & Life Foundation is to support community development and empowerment, through education and conservation efforts in East Africa. L&L has supported the development of Esitieti Primary School in Amboseli, Kenya since 2015 in conjunction with philanthropists from Skal International Monaco, Birgit and Constantine Panoussi. These donors, amongst many others have assisted the Land & Life Foundation in providing school fees for all 687 of the students, paying for staff salaries, construction of classes, dormitories, library, faculty housing, and a school kitchen garden (shamba) where the students and faculty are able to access fresh vegetables in this drought-stricken area. The Foundation is honoured to have played a role in these students' lives and their education journey and will continue to impact more lives in the region positively. The Foundation believes that supporting education in this region is key to improving the quality of life for the local communities and preserving our unique ecosystems.
